You can use a single subscription for multiple devices so long as they are logged in with the subscriber’s account and the TVs/devices are all from the same platform (i.e. all Samsung TVs or all Apple TVs). Most devices will automatically sync apps; however, for Samsung or LG you’ll need to “add device” using the Artcast subscription menu for Samsung/LG devices. To do this, simply log into your Artcast account through our Subscriptions page using the email address you registered with, select “+ Add New” under the Linked Devices section found at the bottom, and input the device name plus the Samsung-generated PIN shown on the additional TV you are adding.

The use of a single subscription across different platforms (i.e. using a Google Play subscription on Amazon or Roku) is currently unavailable, but we are working on adding this feature.

If you are subscribed through Apple, Roku, Google, or Amazon and would like to cancel your subscription, you may do this through their account management dashboards. We do not have the ability to manage your subscriptions on Apple, Roku, Google, or Amazon platforms, but we are happy to provide some additional information and links to useful resources on how to do so for each one below:

To manage subscriptions on Apple TV, go to Settings > Accounts > Manage Subscriptions.

To manage subscriptions on Roku, login to your Roku account > Subscriptions.

To manage subscriptions on Amazon, login to your Amazon account > Membership and Subscriptions.

To manage subscriptions on Google, login to your Google Play account > Subscriptions.

To manage subscriptions on Samsung or LG, navigate to the Settings area of the Artcast app using your remote and select Artcast Subscription (found at the bottom) then Cancel Subscription. You can also access your Account Dashboard by entering your email on the Artcast Subscriptions page, then clicking the email.
