NEWS: Now Streaming, April 2021

March was an exciting and busy month for us with the new release of our app for Google Chromecast & Android TV, but we still managed to add plenty of great new galleries to the collection you may not have come across yet! Coming out of Women’s History Month and straight into the splendor of spring, we have at least half a dozen new galleries dedicated to female artists as well as some other fitting program additions to help set the mood of the season. Here are a handful of some of our favorites which we recommend streaming in April  >>

  • House of Fabregé
  • Rosa Bonheur
  • Berthe Morisot
  • Jean-Honoré Fragonard
  • Theodorus van Hoytema

Just in time for Easter, we now have a gallery showcasing the miniature masterpieces of House of Fabergé  including some of its most famous and extravagant Imperial Easter eggs designed for Russian Tsars from the late-19th century until the Bolshevik Revolution in 1917. As a trailblazer and one of the most celebrated women in art history, you can now stream Rosa Bonheur, an eponymous collection comprised of the French artist ‘s most celebrated animal-themed works known for their exceptional attention to detail and artistic accuracy. Another “grande dame” of art history whose collection you can now enjoy on your TV screen is Berthe Morisot, one of the most renowned female Impressionist artists and wife to Édouard Manet’s brother Eugène. Enjoy the springtime ambience of the whimsical Rococo works from famed French Enlightenment artist and Berthe’s great uncle with our new gallery dedicated to the one and only Jean-Honoré Fragonard. Finally, for the bird lovers out there and anyone who appreciates more neutral illustrations of nature, you can now stream Theodorus van Hoytema, a collection of avian-inspired drawings and lithographs by the renowned Dutch late-19th century illustrator.
