NEWS: Now Streaming, February 2021
A month for celebrating Black history and a month to feel the love. All of us at Artcast are ready to welcome February with open arms and delighted to share some developments in regards to our new Android app!
Happy to announce that Artcast for Android is finally ready and we are just weeks away from launching it in the Google Play store for Chromecast and Chromecast for Google TV. Once it goes live, we will be making another announcement here as well as across our social media channels, so keep an eye out. For gallery recommendations, we always have plenty, but here are a few we’ve selected that capture the essence of February >>
- Black History Month
- Harlem Renaissance
- Valentine’s Illustrations
- Aurora Borealis
Celebrating the remarkable and vibrant stories of important people and events in the history of the African diaspora, we recommend streaming Black History Month all February long. For a celebration of Black artists, we have Harlem Renaissance, a selection of works from the most prominent artists of the Harlem Renaissance which was a cultural movement and celebration of African-American that lasted from the end of World War I until the mid-1930s. With Valentine’s Day coming right up in the middle of the month, we suggest the galleries Valentine’s Illustrations, a collection of whimsical, love-inspired illustrations in celebration of St. Valentine’s Day, and Love, romantic and elegant imagery that complements an intimate ambiance. Lastly and fitting for the winter season when the skies are darker longer, immerse yourself in the mystical and magical phenomenon that is aurora borealis, or the Northern Lights, with our new gallery Aurora Borealis.
